  1. AH! I’ve seen that guy on Cops! He was wearing a denim skirt and claiming he was a singer. A female police officer showed him how to properly pick things up off the ground while wearing a skirt (which he tried to claim was a kilt BTW) because he was wearing no underwear and flashing people!
