My educated guess, is that this young man is mentally disabled.
It also appears that he is surprised that someone is taking his picture.
I would not be surprised if a caretaker took and sent this, without his permission, to ridicule him.
I believe that instead of posting this picture, this person should be reported. If you suspect that a disabled person is being neglected or abused, you should report it to authorities.
The fact that a caretaker might take a picture of him in a diaper, and then have it posted, makes me wonder who is caring for him and how else they treat and exploit him.
Please notify authorities re: who sent this, and let them investigate. This young man may be in the care of people that are mistreating him.
